Moto2 Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the moto2 platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms listed below. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, mobile apps, or any services provided by moto2, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Moto2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any parts of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure compliance with the latest version.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to have only one (1) active account on the moto2 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts without compensation.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Accounts registered with false information or another person’s identity will be terminated immediately. You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activities under your account.
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters and numbers.
- Do not share your login details with anyone.
- Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
User Responsibilities & Restrictions
Users agree to use the moto2 platform only for lawful purposes under applicable Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform without written permission.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or misconduct in games or betting.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform’s security systems.
- Using another person’s account or transferring accounts to others.
- Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, obscene, or harms the reputation of moto2 is prohibited.
- Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activities through the platform.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may lead to immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action if necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the moto2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). moto2 supports various deposit and withdrawal methods valid in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, DuitNow, and selected e-wallets.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum and maximum deposits depend on the selected payment method and may change from time to time.
- Deposited funds cannot be transferred to third-party accounts.
- Moto2 reserves the right to reject or hold deposits suspected to be risky or suspicious.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals are only allowed to bank accounts registered under the same user’s name.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to identity verification.
- Moto2 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security or compliance reviews.
- Any attempt to withdraw bonuses without meeting the wagering requirements will be cancelled.
Limitations of Liability & Account Policy
Moto2 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service interruptions due to system maintenance, or technical failures beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" without any ongoing warranties.
Account Suspension & Closure
Moto2 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts in the following situations:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.
- Upon request by authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
In cases of account termination due to terms violations, moto2 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credit and bonuses without compensation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Legal
All content on the moto2 platform—including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases—is the exclusive property of moto2 and protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or commercially using this content without prior written consent from moto2.
The moto2 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. moto2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Use of external links is at your own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Malaysia. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest shall remain fully in effect.
